Craig Joss of the Philadelphia International Cricket Festival talks with NewsWorks Tonight host Dave Heller

Philadelphia sports fans have a wide range of sporting events to enjoy this weekend, but not all of them have to do with hockey or baseball.

The Philadelphia International Cricket Festival begins Thursday and runs through Sunday.

Festival organizers say Cricket is alive and well in the Delaware Valley and has a place in Philadelphia's history.

The very first American Cricket Club was founded at Haverford College in 1834. The college is also the home of the United State Cricket Museum.

Craig Joss of the Philadelphia International Cricket Festival spoke with NewsWorks Tonight host Dave Heller about the game, its history and this weekend's festival.
