After I learned of the heavily-armed lunatic who killed at least a dozen people in Colorado last night, my first thought was: "Again?"
In the past 20 years, I can't count the number of times this sort of gun-fueled madness has sent me to my drawing board. And, yet, things have only gotten worse.
