AG Biden hosts summit on prescription drug abuse

Day-long summit in Newark focuses on growing epidemic of prescription drug abuse.   More than 150 health care providers, addiction treatment professionals and law enforcement leaders are expected at Attorney General Beau Biden's summit to explore the causes and growth of prescription drug abuse and discuss steps taken to reduce abuse.  The keynote speaker is Regina LaBelle, chief of staff for the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
