By NewsWorks StaffA new art exhibit, created by veterans, will be on display today at the VA hospital in Elsmere.
The exhibit, titled, "Marching On," includes paintings and sculptures, created through the hospital's art program.
An open house for the permanent display will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, 1601 Kirkwood Highway.
