By NewsWorks StaffA new judge moves from the prosecutor's office to the bench in Georgetown this afternoon. Paula Ryan will be officially sworn in as Family Court Judge by Justice Holland. Ryan is currently the Chief Prosecutor for Sussex County. Governor Markell is expected to speak at the 3 p.m. investiture ceremony at the Sussex County Courthouse.
