Duck Tape has had many lives. During WWII, it was used to make repairs and keep moisture from getting into ammunition. After 9-11, it became the symbol for keeping us safe from chemical attacks. Today Joe Girandola has found a different use. He's put together a show of his Duck Tape art for the Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts in Wilmington.
