Deadline nears for comments on DNREC reform

Deadline nears for comments on streamlining Delaware Dept. of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.   Governor Markell issued an Executive Order requiring state agencies to review regulations to look for items that are outdated or need to be streamlined.  The formal comment period for DNREC's review will end next Friday, March 1.  You can leave comments on DNREC's website.
