			<description><![CDATA[I heard this piece last night. It's good, but it struck me as odd that there was no mention of the fact that the federal government picks up 100% of the increase Medicaid costs under the ACA for the first three years and 90% of the cost thereafter. Republican governors like Corbett and Christie may be evaluating the additional costs, but they're also looking at it as a political question. It's true that the Medicaid portions of the ACA add some cost to state budgets, but it's still an exceptionally good deal.]]></description>
