			<description><![CDATA[If only it were a simple question... When we first moved to Queen Village, we could park within 3-4 doors of our house any time any day. Then the crowds arrived. Now it's like a suburb: at 9:00 any morning, the block empties, and after 6, you can't find a space. Why do these people need cars? You can walk to anywhere in Center City from our block, and the subway to everywhere else. Bikes or buses work, too. But businesses need the turnover, and foot traffic is no longer helpful. I wish the Councilman luck in finding an equitable solution.]]></description>
