What makes mentoring relationships successful? New research takes a look at why and how mentors and mentees click.
Dr. Sharon Straus recently published new research on this issue online in Academic Medicine.
Dr. Straus examined mentor-mentee relationships at two large academic health centers, School of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, where she is director of the Division of Geriatric Medicine.
