The Philadelphia District Attorney's office is in the business of amassing money through a process known as "civil asset forfeiture." And, as a business, it would be the envy of D.A. offices around the country. Philadelphia City Paper reporter Isaiah Thompson spearheaded an investigation into the matter and shares the details with NewsWorks Tonight host Dave Heller.
