Taking deadbeat property owners to task

The fire that ravaged Kensington’s Thomas W. Buck Hosiery building, causing the deaths of two firefighters, has started a citywide conversation about delinquent property owners.
The factory’s owners owed back property taxes, had unpaid water bills, and numerous outstanding code violations. That’s the Holy Trinity of delinquent property ownership.
