NewsWorks' John Mussoni reports the Indian River inlet bridge in Delaware is scheduled to close at 4 p.m. as Hurricane Irene makes its way through the area.

The bridge will remain closed until it can be checked for structural damage.

Tolls on Interstate 95 in Delaware will be waived beginning at 3 p.m.

Governor Markell says residents should expect the heaviest of flooding overnight.

"Find a safe place to hunker down," the Governor said.

Thus far, Markell has toured shelters in New Castle and Smyrna.
