Despite New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg's best intentions, we appear to be determined to live free and die.

What are your thoughts about Bloomberg's attempt to curb the sugar intake of New Yorkers by limiting the size of sugary drinks that can be sold in the city?

What do you think of the N.Y. state judge who blocked the ban?
