Divorced Bucks County dad defends his blog in court

Anthony and Allison Morelli's divorce is far from over. As the former couple works to divide their belongings and split their time with their kids, they's also battling over ThePsychoExWife.com, the site Doylestown resident Anthony Morelli set up to blog about the process.

The site is down for now as the pair looks to the court to determine how the blog fits into the First Amendment and whether it's a form of abuse to the Morelli children, who could read some potentially inflammatory stuff about their mother on the site.

Tune into WHYY-FM at 6 p.m., when we'll talk to UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh, who told PhillyBurbs the site's potential risk of abuse to the children -- as ruled by Family Court Judge Diane Gibbons -- is "not adequate rationale" to shut the site down.
