According to the PECO outage map, customers in Philadelphia, Chester, Pottstown, Norristown and other areas were reporting outages.
WPVI-TV reports customers in Delaware and New Jersey served by other companies, including Delmarva and Atlantic City Electric, were also reporting outages.
