Good morning, Feeders!

As the Philadelphia Marathon approaches, we're getting stories ready to give you the full preview. From NYC runners hitting Philly streets to the health implications and the technology behind cheating prevention. Tomorrow, look for our guide to cheering locations, transit changes and road closures. Today, Tom MacDonald will attend the City Council committee hearing on financial incentives for local jobs creators. He'll also keep an eye on the "complete streets" bill on the table for Thursday.

Peter Crimmins is checking out an art exhibit at Philadelphia's City Hall. Pieces you'd only normally see in the 'burbs are spending a little time in the city.

Tom and Dave Davies are also both working on post-election (or ar we in pre-election season again already?) for this week.

Azusa Uchikura is at a press conference to check out the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission's new commuter benefits program.

And stay tuned for an update on the story of the 1940s-era lost love letter in New Jersey.
