The man behind such Facebook pages as "Kill John McNesby" and "Kill Seth Williams" is set for trial.

Joshua Scott Albert, the Philadelphia blogger who first gained notoriety for writing about the city's chefs and restaurants, will stand trial for criminal solicitation to commit murder, terroristic threats and harassment, the Inquirer reports. Albert popped up on authorities radar after he created a Facebook page supporting the two suspects in the death of Philadelphia Police Officer Moses Walker. Two pages cropped up after that calling for the deaths of the police union head and the district attorney — both of which Albert and his attorney say were satirical.

Albert, 26, will have to post $300,000 bail to get released until trial.
