Ashley Biden, the daughter of Vice President Joe Biden, is joining the Delaware Center for Justice as associate executive director.

The News Journal of Wilmington reports the vice president's daughter will join the non-profit Jan. 3. The Wilmington-based group works with crime victims, prisoners and people returning from prison.

A social worker, Ashley Biden has worked for Delaware's Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families since 2007. Before that she worked with the West End Neighborhood House in Wilmington.

Biden's brother Beau Biden is Delaware's attorney general. Her other brother, Hunter Biden, is also a lawyer.
