Legal bandit signs could be a nightmare on Broad Street

In this week's podcast, reporter Doron Taussig has a horrible nightmare ... that might come true!
He dreams that bandit signs on streetlights and utility poles have become legal in the city. In fact, Councilman Curtis Jones Jr. recently introduced a bill that would legalize the signs, as long as advertisers pay the city $1 per sign and follow minimal guidelines, like not using glue or nails to hang them up.
Would this actually work? Aren't there better ways to deal with all the bandit signs throughout Philadelphia? And why does Taussig always fall asleep on the job? We explore these issues and more in this week's podcast.
